Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how deposits and payments are treated if you need to cancel or transfer your place.

1. Deposits

Deposits secure your place and cover non-recoverable planning and logistics costs. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable (see below).

2. Cancellation by you

• More than 60 days before the course start: any payments above the deposit are refundable; the deposit is retained or may be transferred to a future intake.
• 30–60 days before: 50% of the course fee (excluding the deposit) is refundable.
• Less than 30 days before: course fees are non-refundable, as places and logistics will have been committed.

3. Transfers

Where possible we will allow you to transfer your deposit and payments to a later intake if you give us reasonable notice. One transfer is permitted per booking.

4. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a course for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of all monies paid to us. We are not liable for incidental costs such as flights or insurance.

5. Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance to cover circumstances outside this policy.
